I am an active mountain guide leader at the Alpine Association of Slovenia (PZS). I assure you safe summer and winter ascents, and ski touring in Slovenia and abroad. All mountain guides leaders are generally certified by an association (PZS and UIAA).

Slovenia is a mountainous country, which has always drawn people into the mountains. In the past only the real explorers were climbing the mountains, some of those were the first to reach certain mountain tops. However, nowadays mountains represent one of the rare untouched and clean parts of nature and that is why they attract numerous visitors. Nevertheless, the mountains are unpredictable and dangerous, especially for the unskilled climbers who can easily loose themselves and walk into dangerous paths.

Mountain guide leaders are specially trained and experienced mountaineers and professionals. Being so numerous and widely represented they have a significant role in putting the knowledge, experience and novelties into practice.
